Liam Fox is an Irish artist based in Meath, Ireland.

Fox makes process-led abstract paintings that examine memory, place, and the environment.

Through layered mark-making—scraping and rebuilding of surfaces—he generates topographies that articulate psychological position and the tension between presence and absence. Paint functions as both record and instrument, producing provisional maps of emotion and landscape that invite sustained engagement.

His work is held in numerous public and private collections, including the OPW State Art Collection and Meath County Council. His work has also been included in auction sales at James Adam & Sons.

Fox holds a BA in Fine Art from the Dublin Institute of Technology (1991) and a Higher Diploma in Art Education from the National College of Art and Design, Dublin (1993).
